Brian Carlson didn’t just build an exterior restoration company. He built a movement. After working in the roofing industry and witnessing firsthand how many homeowners were misled or mistreated, Brian knew there had to be a better way. In 2014, Roof Ninja Services was born, driven by a simple but powerful mission: to bring honesty, transparency, and craftsmanship back into restoring roofing, windows, siding, and gutters. His goal was never to be the biggest but the most trusted.

With almost thirty years of experience, Brian leads by example. He’s hands-on when needed, interacting with home and business owners, mentoring team members, and ensuring that every project meets the high standards he set from day one. His leadership style combines grit, vision, and an unwavering dedication to doing things right, even when no one is watching. 

Beyond the business, Brian is passionate about giving back to the communities where the company serves, whether supporting local youth sports teams, organizing donations for needy families, or helping neighbors prepare for storm season.
